The molding machine is designed based on the principle of vertical mold jacking. The production process is scientific, reasonable, and highly automated. The calcined natural gypsum or chemical gypsum powder is sent to the calcined gypsum silo for storage through equipment such as a pneumatic pump or a bucket elevator. The silo is equipped with dust collection facilities, an automatic material level signaling device, and an arch-breaking device to ensure the smooth storage and transportation of materials. After coming out of the silo, the materials enter the conveying and feeding equipment, are metered by the batching system, and then enter the mixer. The production water is also metered and enters simultaneously. After being fully mixed in the mixer, the slurry is automatically poured into each mold cavity of the molding machine by a hydraulic turning device. At the appropriate stage of the slurry solidification, the hydraulic molding scraper acts to scrape out the upper tongue-and-groove of the block. Then, the jacking system jacks out the entire row of gypsum blocks from the mold. The pneumatic telescopic fixture above the molding machine precisely clamps, lifts, and moves out the blocks and places them on the stacking rack or trolley. After that, the blocks can be naturally dried, and a forklift is used to transport them to the open-air and hardened drying site. If higher efficiency is pursued, the block stacks can also be sent into the tunnel kiln by the trolley for artificial drying. After the dried gypsum blocks pass strict inspections, the qualified products can be transported, packaged, stored, or loaded for outward transportation.
