-The gypsum board production line is a fully automated, high-efficiency, and eco-friendly modern manufacturing system designed for producing various types of gypsum boards, including standard, water-resistant, fire-resistant, and decorative boards. Utilizing advanced process technology and intelligent control systems, it supports customized production of gypsum boards in different specifications and functionalities. Widely used in construction partitions, ceilings, and interior decoration.  
- Raw Material Processing
Gypsum is crushed, calcined, and mixed with additives like fibers and foaming agents to form a ready-to-use powder.
-Forming System
The slurry is poured between two paper layers, then shaped, rolled, and sealed into continuous gypsum board.
- Drying System
Boards pass through multi-layer kilns for quick, even drying and structural strength.
-Cutting & Packaging
Boards are cut, trimmed, stacked, and packed in standard sizes, then conveyed to storage automatically.
